Introductory sessions are a way to see what is possible through coaching and whether VisionLegacy Coaching is the right 'fit' for you.

During the introductory session you'll be coached on a topic that matters to you. In most cases clients come away not only with greater clarity about the coaching topic and how to move forward on it, but they gain a deepened understanding of how the issue fits into the larger picture of their life and contribution to the world.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about what coaching is and how it works. If it feels like the right fit, we'll discuss what client options might work for you - without the pressure!
